9 Driving Lesson Tips on Beginners

31st October 2017 by goodspeed Leave a Comment

Check out these 9 driving lesson tips on beginners which will help you in conquering your anxiety

  1. Relax
Nothing helps anyone better than feeling relaxed, and it applies to almost all activities. Relaxed mind avoids nervous feeling which occurs when a person is behind-the-wheel.
  2. Prepare The Car’s Physical Condition
Driving lesson requires a well-operated car which has no problem on the brake, gear, pedal, tire and other car’s vital components.
  3. Keep Distance
A beginner should not stay too close to the car in front of him/her. This is to ensure that she avoids stepping the brake pedal in a sudden way.
  4. Confidence
When you drive, you might worry about what;s in the mind of the car drive behind you. This is the main thing to avoid. Believe it, all car drivers around you are already experienced, so they know what to do in avoiding small accidents
  5. Learn Manual Vehicles First
By learning to drive manual vehicles, it is much easier for you to control your cognitive ability in increasing or lowering your speed. Once you are mastering your manual car, then it is much easier to drive automatic car.
  6. Learn to drive on U-turn and Roundabout Intensively
This is the real challenge of driving, where you should concentrate highly when you come across u-turn or roundabout. Before you start driving on the main street, you can learn to drive on a housing complex where there are u-turns or roundabouts. They are not too crowded so you can learn easier.
  7. Learning downhill and uphill exhaustively
Either downhill and uphill is the real challenge in the driving lesson. Learn it until you’ve had more than just enough
  8. Stay safe on the right track
Beginners start slow, so they need to be on the right track. In US, the right lane is for slow vehicles, while in some Asian countries, the left lane is for slow cars and motorcycles.
  9. Parking techniques
Once you feel like you can master all those aforementioned steps, then learning to park is the final driving lesson. Parallel parking needs your high level of concentration, so be careful in choosing the best spot to park your car, particularly within the department store.
